The Formula 100 Karting Series and Tri-C Karters Form Partnership for 2015 Season!

Tri-CKarters and The Formula 100 Karting Series will be partnering for the 2015 race season at CalSpeed in Fontana, CA. This unique arrangement will have both Tri-C and F100 race programs run together during the Calspeed race day. In addition, F100 will run additional “away” races during months where there are no Calspeed events, providing even more affordable racing action for 100cc racers!

Tri-C race classes will include Kid Kart Honda, Jr. 1 Comer, World Formula, TAG Sr., TAG Masters and a Shifter Open class, known as the Socal Shifter Kart Series.

F100 will provide classes for 100cc engines, the KPV and the KT100. KPV1, KPV2, KPV3, 100cc Sr, KPV4 Heavy, KT100 Super Sportsman and many more 100cc engine packages will find a home in F100 classes in 2015!

During the joint race days, each club will handle the registration, championship race points and trophies for its designated classes.  Club membership purchased through one club will allow racers to run for championship points in classes in both clubs. This will allow for racers who want to race multiple classes to still earn championship points in both clubs.

With the current fractured state of karting in Southern California this partnership will build upon the strengths of both clubs and make them stronger going into the future, ensuring financial stability and a welcoming place for new karters and veterans to enjoy the sport of karting.

What benefits does the racer get?
- A top-notch, professional race staff dedicated to fair competition.
- The most racing laps of any group in Southern California.
- A family friendly atmosphere that emphasizes why we race karts: fun, fair and competitive.
- And don’t forget the free coffee & donuts at the driver’s meeting!

If you have any questions please email Tri-C Karters or F100 for more information.

UK F100 Onboard Videos! High Power 100cc Goodness!

Check out these onboard videos from the UK F100 series! These karts utilize chassis and engines from the 1990's, including screaming air-cooled 100cc engines! Even star racer and factory CRG racer Jordon Lennox-Lamb, who is currently in first place in the SKUSA Pro Tour S1 class going into Supernats, gets in on the action with a 1999 CRG kart powered by a CRG 100cc engine. Totally awesome! Enjoy!
